I really enjoy the coloring and shading of the final piece--the green and purple work well together. Also, I get a really good sense of how the character moves from place to place--I imagine that he sort of runs/floats everywhere he goes! The one nit-picking thing I would have to say is maybe try experimenting with the placement and arrangement of the figures on the paper. Other than that I would say it is a very successful finished design, and it was great to see how your design developed and progressed from the sketch phase!
I really like where your character ended up. He is a fun design for an alien.
I also like your application of color here, with those nice hue shifts across his skin, while still maintaining an over-all green tone. It is a much better approach than just a straight green applied evenly across the whole figure. Nice work on that!
Watch your anatomy in certain areas. even though he has long alien fingers, they should still be based on human fingers, just to ground the character a bit so that we can relate to him. Having his fingers only bend once makes him feel too robotic, and dimishes the effectiveness of the "thinking" pose.
I also would like to see a bit more range of emotion, and some sort of minor environment elements, like the ground he is standing on perhaps.
