I like the color in the sash and the necklace that you ended up using, its a nice fresh color.
Shes a character who looks like she has a lot of personality in her face and expression, and most of the things that i feel could be fixed are things such as proportions and anatomy issues. Even though she appears to be a cartoon character, giving the viewer a believable set of cartoon anatomy rules (the anatomy rules for your worlds universe) really helps sell and images validity.
Shes got a cool back story to her and shes def. got some awesome qualities to her, and id love to see her after a second pass. Good stuff!
