I like the finished colors for this dude a lot and he turned out really nicely. Some of my fave drawings of him i think though are the looser ones (that look like) you drew with the tablet or on a cintiq. (the bottom right hand ones) Hes a fun looking dude and hes got some good shape to him. Most of the things i feel like you could fix would be presentation things; like cleaning up some of the stray lines on the first image, and making sure that the original pencil lines blend into the figure. On the middle top image you can see the little white borders where the color doesnt fill in the space quite all the way, and those little things are easy to fix and can really make an image sing.
Other than that, making sure that when you cell shade you shade all his parts convincingly (cough cough his cloak :3 ) can give him that solid confidant punch that an image needs.
hes really cool and your work is getting lots better. Rad stuff
